For those planning on attending the Spring Symposium at Southwestern Adventist University the following information may be helpful.

Date: April 15-17, 2010

First meeting is after supper on April 15
Meetings will end just before Supper on April 17

Location:   Evans Hall Auditorium, which holds 650

Cafeteria:  We offer you the opportunity to purchase meal tickets in the campus cafeteria. Meals are sold in advance; deadline for purchasing tickets is Friday, April 9. Note from Steve Bauer: It appears Sabbath meals (including Friday evening if after sunset) are by ticket only.  For further information on purchasing meal tickets, please contact Prof. John Peckham  (jcpeckham@gmail.com).

SWAU is unable to offer dorm rooms.

Hotels in Area (SWAU recommendation):

  • Elaine Temple, SWAU, (contact:  templee@swau.edu) can get you a very good rate. (It is the best hotel in the area--brand new, too.)  All the rest will be substandard to this hotel.
