The Adventist Theological Society invites Seventh-day Adventist scholars (including graduate students in biblical and theological areas) to participate in a Spring Symposium, which will be held March 31-April 2, 2011, at Union College, Lincoln, Nebraska. Further information regarding travel and lodging arrangements may be found soon at this webpage.
Theme
The theme of our Symposium for 2011 is Hermeneutics and Prophetic Interpretation.
How to Submit a Proposal
Please submit your paper proposal by email (attachments can be Word or pdf) to Union-Papers-2011@charter.net and ayounker@gmail.com.
The proposal should include an abstract (100-200 words) summarizing your main thesis and trajectory of argumentation. Include in the proposal your paper title, your full name, institution, mailing address, and email address.
If your paper is accepted, we will send you more information regarding scheduling and location when these details are settled. ATS does not have funds to assist presenters with travel expenses.
Submission of a proposal does not guarantee acceptance.
